Lower School Art Classes Celebrate International Dot Day!
In Honor of International Dot Day, our Elementary art classes used their creativity to create collaborative art pieces. International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage, and collaboration. It’s based on a book by Peter H. Reynolds called, “The Dot.” This book challenges a doubting student to believe in herself and be brave enough to make her mark. What started as a small dot on a piece of paper blossomed into self-confidence and courage, which has inspired children around the world and our Hanalani students!
Great job, Mrs. Sameshima, in nurturing our student’s growth through art.
