Hanalani School’s Strategic Plan is exciting, ambitious, demanding, and faith-building. Over the past 72 years, we have witnessed God's provision. We have experienced a highly committed staff, student body, parents, families, and friends.
The board topics of our Strategic Plan include:
1. Program: Continue to refine our Academics PLUS programs through professional development, program expansion, and honing our data-informed processes.
2. Personnel: Promote staff longevity and professional development to keep our staff and faculty engaged with current research and best practices to ensure a relevant and rigorous program and operations.
3. Enrollment: Manage growth to ensure a high-quality program.
4. Facilities: Update our Master Plan in preparation for our next capital project and modernize the campus.
5. Development: Conduct a successful annual fund and a capital campaign to fund our next building project.
6. Finances: Update our Strategic Financial Plan and leverage school resources to accomplish the SP goals.
7. Board of Trustees: Expand membership and succession planning.
