Upper School Summer Program (Entering Grades 7-12) Registration Process:
1) Complete the 2024 Summer Program Selection: Upper School (SUM-03) online registration.

2) An academic counselor will approve your registration (based on pre-requisite requirements and academic standing) and the Upper School secretary will process your application.

3) Payment will be applied to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account, per your selected payment option.

  • Ka Imi Loa: Entering Grades K4-3

    Join us for an activity-packed, six-week program complete with water play and weekly excursions*. The program for students in grades K4-1 includes activities with a Hawaiian theme. K4 - grade 1 students review the reading, writing, and math skills they acquired during the school year. Students in grades 2-3 have their own themed activities; reading, writing, and math skills review; and art classes. Before and After-School-Care (BSC/ASC) are also available for Lower School summer students.

  • Ka Imi Loa: Entering Grades 4-6

    Students in grades 4-6 have the opportunity to select the classes they would like to take. Just like the Upper School, each student will get to select different classes that will keep them on their toes and learning new things. They will also get to participate in special activities such as weekly chapel sessions and Friday excursions. Before and After-School-Care (BSC/ASC) are also available for Lower School summer students.

  • Summer Program: Entering Grades 7-12

    Upper School summer courses are geared to intrigue and challenge our students. We offer a variety of courses to meet individual needs and interests. We also have many online courses that can be applied to the school year course requirements.

Non-Hanalani Students

Registration for non-Hanalani Lower School (Grades K4-6) and Upper School (Grades 7-12) students is now open.
Non-Hanalani LOWER SCHOOL Summer Program (Entering Grades K4-6) Process:

To register for our Ka Imi Loa (Lower School) summer programs:
1) Fill out SUM-01 Registration Form, and you may review: Lower School Summer Program Course Descriptions

2) Allow 1-2 business days for processing your application. You will be emailed a link to complete: Summer Program Selection Form (SUM-02).

3) The appropriate divisional office secretary will contact you for:
      • A copy of your child's Student Health Record from his/her current school.
      • Contactless Payment Options:
        1) Over the phone using a credit card (preferred method)
        2) Mail check to payable to:

        Attention Elementary or Early Childhood Office

      • Payment must be either paid in full or 50% to hold a seat for summer program.

      • There is a $6.00 administrative fee per family.
Non-Hanalani UPPER SCHOOL: Summer Program (Entering Grades 7-12) Process:

1) Please download and complete the SUM-01 Form and email it to upperschool@hanalani.org. You may review the Upper School Summer Program Course Catalog.

2) Allow 1-2 business days for processing your application. You will be emailed a link to the 2024 Summer Program Selection: Upper School (SUM-03) online registration.

3) The office secretary will contact you for:
      • A copy of your child’s Student Health Record for his/her current school.
      • Contactless Payment Options:
        1) Over the phone using a credit card (preferred method). Please call 808-625-0737 ext. 452.
        2) Mail check payable to:

      • Payment must be either paid in full or 50% to hold a seat for summer program. (Payment options can be selected on the SUM-03 form.)

* Please note that if you submit the online SUM-02 or SUM-03 form without having a completed SUM-01 form on file with the respective office, your registration will not be processed until those items are received.
