The Royal Fund
The Royal Fund is Hanalani Schools' Annual Fund, dedicated to enhancing the student experience and providing opportunities beyond traditional funding. Through the generous support of our Hanalani ‘Ohana and the community, the Royal Fund supports many important initiatives across our campus—including student aid and financial scholarships, academic enhancements, co-curricular activities, campus improvements, and community and alumni engagement.
With each gift, you help empower our students to dream big and do more, by supporting enriching programs and special projects that make Hanalani Schools a vibrant and inspiring place for all. Justine is a former student and current parent of two Hanalani Royal boys.
Why she believes in Hanalani’s Mission:
“Hanalani’s mission is close to my heart. As a former student from first through eighth grade, I carry forward the Christian values and solid foundation instilled in me during those years. Now, as Director of Development, I’m honored to help extend this legacy to today’s students, supporting their journey in a Christ-centered environment that shapes their character and inspires excellence. As a parent, I’m so grateful that my sons are growing up here, learning to love the Lord in a nurturing and warm community rooted in Christian values.”

Why she believes in Hanalani’s Mission:
“I believe in the mission of Hanalani because the foundation of the mission is based on Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Rochelle is an alumna and current parent of three Hanalani Royal girls.
Why she believes in Hanalani’s Mission:
“I believe in the mission of Hanalani Schools because it’s a community that has truly blessed my life. Hanalani is unique in that it doesn’t focus solely on academics but prioritizes each student's growth in faith and character. The teachers genuinely care about each student's development and future. The values instilled in me here have helped me navigate many of life’s challenges, making Hanalani’s mission deeply meaningful and inspiring to me.
A fun fact about Rochelle is even though Hawaii doesn’t experience traditional seasons, autumn is her favorite season! She loves the cozy sweater weather, the crisp, cool air, and how it all leads into the holiday season.
