Senior Tree Planting 2024

Our Seniors planted their SENIOR TREE last week as one of their final projects together as a class. The tree symbolizes their ongoing growth as students and young adults, reaching for the stars while staying grounded in the roots they established here at Hanalani. 

 

The tree of choice this year was the Puakenikeni, also known as the perfume flower tree, as it is adorned for its fragrant flowers. A fitting choice as the sweet memories of the class of 2024 will remain at Hanalani like the fragrant scent of the Puakenikeni lingers in the wind.
