Grade 6 Created Pet Shrimp Ecosystems!

Grade 6 STEAM Week Passion Projects led one group through an incredible journey of creating a Pet Shrimp Ecosystem! 🦐 From exploring shrimp anatomy to crafting their own aquatic habitats, students immersed themselves in hands-on learning and discovery.

Captured in these snapshots are students with their personally crafted shrimp ecosystems. They carefully selected materials to curate their unique shrimp habitats. Each student was able to choose their shrimp which were `opae`ula that are endemic to Hawaii.
