5th Graders get Triage Training from Air Force Reserves Medics
In preparation for BATTLE DAY, our 5th Graders received triage training from the Air Force Reserve Medics from the 154 Medical Group, Detachment 1. Battle Day is a Project Based Learning (PBL) project our Grade 5 students embark on each year to learn about the Battle of Normandy and as you see here much more!
Triage is a preliminary assessment of patients or casualties, to determine the nature of and urgency of treatment needed.
Our 5th Graders are now prepared for battle injuries thanks to the Air Force Reserve Medics!
