High Schools Girls Volleyball Post First Win

The high school girls volleyball team posted their first win of the season under first year head Coach, Laura Marvin. This time is was the tough serving of Sarah Tengan that help lead the team to victory. After going back and forth in the first game, our Lady Royals were able to control the last portion of the game with key defensive plays and well placed spikes for 25-20 victory. In the second game, with the score knotted at 14-14, Sarah Tengan never relinquished the serve and served out the game and secured the match for their first victory of the season. The LSSL boys and girls both suffered loses to Our Redeemer yesterday afternoon. Coach Docktor has many first year players and is still developing these squads.
